Yes, we do. We offer customized leveling and slitting services for hot-rolled plates, cold-rolled plates, and pickled plates to meet your specific size, thickness, and quantity requirements. Whether you have unique processing needs for industrial production or special projects, our professional team will work with you to deliver tailored solutions that align with your demands.

2. What are your shipping terms?

We cooperate with reliable logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of metal materials. Our shipping terms mainly include EXW (Ex Works), FCA (Free Carrier), and CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight), which can be adjusted according to your location and specific requirements. For domestic shipments in China (e.g., within Tianjin or to other provinces), we provide door-to-door delivery services; for international shipments, we will assist in arranging customs clearance and coordinating with freight forwarders to ensure smooth transportation.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

To facilitate transactions and ensure mutual security, we accept multiple payment methods, including:

Bank transfer (T/T): For regular orders, we usually require a certain percentage of advance payment (e.g., 30%) before production, and the balance to be paid before shipment.

Letter of Credit (L/C): Preferred for large-value international orders, providing a secure payment guarantee for both parties.

For long-term cooperative customers, we can discuss more flexible payment terms based on mutual trust and order volume.

4. What delivery methods do you offer?

Our delivery methods are designed to meet different customer needs:

Spot delivery: For standard metal materials in our large spot stock, we can arrange delivery within 1-3 working days after confirming the order and receiving the payment (or advance payment).

Customized delivery: For customized processing orders, the delivery time depends on the processing complexity and order quantity, usually 5-10 working days. We will inform you of the specific delivery date in advance and keep you updated on the production progress.
